About Us
The 2015 Huddersfield Literature Festival runs from 5-15 March with a theme of ‘Into the Future’. The festival began in 2006. It had a break in 2012 and was relaunched with a new festival director in 2013. The 2014 festival welcomed around 100 performers and 3,500 audience members to 12 different venues in and around Huddersfield; performers included Kate Adie, Joanne Harris, Marina Lewycka and Lemn Sissay.
Audience engagement: of 244 responses, 74% (180 people) rated the event they attended as Excellent and 25% (61 people) rated it as Good.
